Ordering A Handcrafted Watch Strap

We can accomodate most minor customizations to various watch straps. We can make modifications such as sewing your strap a different thread color, not sewing it at all, sewing it in a different stitch pattern, cutting a different tail end, tapering it or not tapering it at all. We don't, however, do any custom notching to the lug area or make straps using leathers that don't already exist in our collection. Just contact us before purchasing your strap and tell us what you're interested in and we'll see if it's something we can do.
Customization requests received with an order will not be honored without prior contact and approval by us.
We sell all our NATO straps in both odd and even widths. If you're interested in a two piece flat strap and your watch uses odd number lug widths like 19, 21, 23 and 25mm wide straps, we can easily make those widths for you as a parallel width strap. However, we do not supply buckles in those exact odd number widths as they are difficult to source. You will receive the next size up. So if you order a 21/21mm strap, you will receive a 22mm buckle with your strap.
Tapered straps start out wider at the lugs (the end that attaches to your watch) and narrow (taper) toward the direction of the tail and the buckle. So for example, if your Rolex Sumbariner has a 20mm lug width and you want a tapered strap, then you would choose a 20/18 strap. This means the lug is 20mm wide and the buckle width is 18mm. Keep in mind that the higher number is the lug width and the smaller number is the buckle/tail width
You bet. All our watch straps can be used with the Apple watch. All you need is an “Apple watch adapter”. These can be easily sourced from thousands of retailers online including eBay and Amazon. They allow you to use any strap with your watch. Basically, if your Apple watch is the 38mm version, then most likely it will use a a 20mm or a 22mm wide strap. For a 42mm Apple watch, you will most likely need to use a 24mm wide strap.
All prices are in USD. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments directly through our own highly secure and encrypted website during our checkout process. Those payments are processed through the world respected gateway payment provider, Pin Payments. Pin Payments processes the transactions so we never have access to your credit card details. It is 100% secure and safe. We also accept all major credit cards through PayPal and you don't need to have an account with them to pay using your card. Rest assured, your transactions will always be highly secure as Paypal is an extremely safe, fast and efficient way for you to make a purchase.
We price our handcrafted leather goods in USD because the vast majority of our customers come from all parts of the world and prefer to transact in USD as it's a familiar currency. If you’re Australian and prefer to transact in AUD, we can arrange for you to do a direct deposit to our financial institution, but we’d still have to convert the total amount of your order from USD to that given days exchange rate in AUD. Please email us before hand if this is something you prefer to do.
Shipping, Delivery and Return Policy
Yes! We ship worldwide.
For international shipping we offer two options:
DHL eCommerce - We offer this standard service for all international orders at a flat rate of $10 USD. All packages are registered, have signature confirmation and arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping. Packages are not trackable, however this service is very reliable and safe. Delivery and arrival times of your package using DHL eCommerce will depend on your country's customs clearance, busy holiday periods and extreme weather near your location.
DHL 2-3 Day Express - This is a 2-3 business day, premium door to door service with full tracking and signature confirmation. It’s priced at extremely competitive rates starting at $29 USD.
For shipping within Australia we offer two options:
Australia Post Express Post - This service comes with full tracking and signature on delivery for $13. Packages arrive the next business day after shipping if you're within the Express Post network or within two days if you're outside of it.
Australia Post Parcel Post - This is a 2-5 business day service and includes tracking and signature on delivery. We offer this service for a flat rate of $10 USD.
Sorry, our workshop is private and closed to the public.
After your package leaves our workshop, orders shipped within Australia arrive on the next business day with Express Post or within 2-5 days business days if you chose Parcel Post. International orders shipped via DHL Express arrive within 2-3 business days and those shipped via DHL eCommerce can take from 7-14 business days to arrive at their destination. DHL eCommerce delivery times cannot be guaranteed and depend on customs clearance, busy holiday periods, extreme weather and natural disasters. Having said that, the vast majority of our packages using DHL eCommerce arrive at their destination in a timely manner.
In the event of a loss, rest assured, your item will be replaced. No worries.
We offer a vast selection of made to order handcrafted leather watch strap styles. Crafting your bespoke watch strap is a very detailed and laborious process. There are dozens of steps and many hours of meticulous manual labour involved in the creation of your watch strap.
When ordering watch straps, please make sure you ask us questions if you are unsure about your size. Choosing your correct size is very easy and there is a lot of information about this available throughout our website.
Every single strap is made to order to your exact specifications to fit your wrist and watch exclusively and as such cannot returned or exchanged. Because of the bespoke nature of our goods, delays with packages clearing customs, and the added expense of shipping orders internationally back and forth, all sales are final.
We’ll never send you anything less than perfect, as we take immense pride in our work and have a reputation for creating exceptional leather goods. Rest assured, if for some reason your item arrives damaged or there is some major issue on our part, we will remedy the situation. We guarantee it.
No. Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries we receive, we are unable to make changes to orders after they have been received, nor do we cancel orders or issue refunds. This is unnecessarily costly and time consuming for us and a task and expense we wouldn't have had to begin with. We are a very small team and the vast majority of our time goes into fulfilling orders. We kindly suggest that you choose your product carefully before confirming your order or contact us with any questions or concerns you may have before placing your order.
Please don’t ask us to falsify customs forms by declaring a lower value or mark a shipment as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. This is considered customs fraud and is illegal.

We can monogram many of our goods with your initials or up to seven letters (No numbers or other characters) for certain items in our handsome signature Arial Black font. Each letter is about 5mm tall.
Watch straps can be stamped with up to three intitials on the tail, lengthwise or on the keeper. Placement of initials will depend on where it suits the strap best according to the size of your strap. Suede straps CANNOT be stamped at all.
Other items such as watch rolls, wallets, ipad cases, iPhone sleeves, passport wallets, belts, pen cases, etc, can be stamped with up to seven letters.
We CANNOT monogram any item that is completely made of suede.
