ORDER TURNAROUND TIME

All ready-made products are dispatched within 2-3 business days. All two-piece watch straps are bespoke and require 7-10 business days to complete. If your order contains both bespoke and ready-made items, they will ship together when the entire order is complete. You'll receive a shipping notification when your order is dispatched to let you know it's on its way. Please note: business days means Monday thru Friday.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

For international shipping we offer two options:

DHL eCommerce - This is standard service at a flat rate of $10 USD. All packages are registered, have signature confirmation and arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping. Packages are not trackable, however, this service is very reliable. Delivery time will depend on your country's customs clearance, busy holiday periods, natural disasters and dangerous weather conditions.

DHL Express - This is a blazing fast 2-3 business day, premium, fully trackable service with signature confirmation. It’s priced at very competitive rates starting at $14 USD.

For shipping within Australia we offer two options:

Australia Post Parcel Post - This is a 2-5 business day service and includes tracking and signature on delivery for $10 USD.

Australia Post Express Post - Packages arrive the next business day after shipping if you're within the Express Post network or within two days if you're outside of it.This service is fully trackable with signature on delivery for $13. 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are caused by busy holiday periods, peak times of the year, customs clearance, bad weather, war or any natural disasters.

International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may be charged by their country. Countries like the United States and many others don't have to pay import duties on orders under $2,000 USD, but a few other countries do.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries we receive, we're unable to make changes to orders after they have been received, nor do we cancel orders or issue refunds. This is unnecessarily costly and time-consuming for us and a task and expense we wouldn't have had to begin with. We are a very small team and the vast majority of our time goes into fulfilling orders. We kindly suggest that you choose your product carefully before confirming your order or contact us with any questions or concerns you may have before placing your order.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a vast selection of made to order handcrafted leather watch straps. Crafting them is a very detailed and laborious process with  dozens of steps and many hours of meticulous manual labor involved in the creation of your watch strap.

If you're unsure about your size, please contact us for assistance before placing your order. Choosing your correct size is a breeze. Be sure to read through "Determining your watch strap size" for help.

Every single strap is made to order to your exact specifications to fit your wrist and watch exclusively and as such cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the bespoke nature of all our goods, delays with packages clearing customs, and the added expense of shipping orders internationally back and forth, all sales are final.

 

GUARANTEE

We’ll never send you anything less than perfect, as we take immense pride in our work and have a reputation for creating exceptional leather goods. Rest assured, if for some reason your item arrives damaged or there is some major issue on our part, we will remedy the situation. We guarantee it.

  

WARRANTY

We are meticulous in the handcrafting of our leather goods. Every product that leaves our workshop is inspected by three people to ensure quality. With proper use and care, our products should last you a very long time. 

Our one year warranty covers any Bas and Lokes products with manufacturing or materials defect under normal conditions of use such as stitching failure, assembly defects or material failure. Each case will be assessed individually. 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by you, damages caused by accident, water damage, alterations made by you or a third party, and general neglect through use. Depending on the items and the nature of the issue, we’ll either repair or replace the item.

Despite the care and attention we put into making and quality-controlling our goods, we realize that occasionally, some things can be missed or issues can arise through use. If this is the case for you, just contact us with the nature of your problem and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a resolution.
